Cutting Section
Double-column Unit Structure Design
Cutting copper aluminum busbars exceeding 12mm thickness and 200mm width requires an extremely high shearing force. This structure allows for more even force distribution during busbar machine shearing, resulting in a smoother and more seamless process.

冲孔装置
六位转塔式冲压转盘设计
它可同时装配 6 个不同尺寸的母线冲孔模具。转台可手动旋转，以更换冲孔模具，从而减少模具更换频率，最大限度地减少操作失误，提高工作效率。
- 打孔类型
它可以冲圆形孔、椭圆形（腰形）孔、矩形（长方形）孔和方形孔，包括母线倒角。
冲孔范围为 Φ4mm - Φ25mm
冲孔部分光滑无毛刺，误差为 ±0.1 毫米
支持特殊规格的定制。
